These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to consumers purchasing online, whether these are goods, services or digital content from the Aero Vintage Limited website at www.aerovintage.co.uk

Please read these terms carefully before you (the Customer) submit your order to us (Aero Vintage Limited). These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.

Please note: Any Air Show appearances/bookings will be subject to separate Terms & Conditions to be provided at the time of booking.

We are Aero Vintage Limited. Our registered address is New House, Northiam Road, Rye, TN31 6JL.

Aero Vintage Limited is open from 9am – 4pm Monday-Friday.   Aero Vintage Ltd does not have retail premises [shop] which are open to the public

Orders

You must be over 18, with a valid payment method in your name, to place an order with Aero vintage Ltd.

We strive to describe all items fully and accurately and with the aid of photographs provide a clear view of each item and its condition.

Please note that although we make every effort to keep our website up to date it is possible that an item offered for sale may have been sold or become unavailable before we have updated the site. In this case we will advise you accordingly and return any payment made and work with you to find an alternative. 

Orders can be placed via the web site 24 x 7 and will be processed as soon as practicable. 

Orders are taken chronologically and if two customers order the same item the first order takes priority.

No contract will exist between you and us until we have received full payment from you and have dispatched the ordered products. Please note that our initial acknowledgment of your order does not constitute acceptance of that order. You may also receive a payment acknowledgment email from Paypal, this again does not constitute acceptance of that order.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the product. 

It is your responsibility to ensure you are able to receive e-mails from Aero Vintage Limited. We recommend you add the domain www.aerovintage.co.uk to your ‘safe sender’ list, and check that your online security software does not block e-mails from us.

Your rights to Make changes

If you wish to make a change to your order/services please contact us with two working days and we will advise if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know in writing about any changes to the price of the order/Services, their timing or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change in writing.

 we reserve the right to cancel orders at any time. In such an event we will advise you as soon as possible and return any payment made 

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are subject to a delivery, packing & handling charge. The correct charges will be automatically calculated via our Shopping basket ordering system and are based on the total weight of your order, your location and our normal method of dispatch.

For shipping prices outside mainland Great Britain, please contact us. 

Insurance for all items will be provided by Royal Mail as part of their standard terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to check the relevant details on the Royal Mail website and select the correct shipping option for your product. If you cannot see the correct shipping option on the website, please contact us directly.

Goods will be despatched as soon as is practicable and in any event within 30 days after the day on which we accept your order.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.

When your parcel arrives, it is the responsibility of the person signing for the package to ensure that the item(s) are not damaged. Please be certain that everything is in good order before you sign for your goods, as any damages cannot be claimed back once you have signed to state that they are in good order.

Please Note: We do not make any profit on postage and packaging. Our costs reflect what we are charged by Royal Mail and Parcelforce, plus the costs of securely packaging your order

We may need certain information from you so that we can supply the products to you, for example, your credit card details, your address, post code, phone number, If you do not give us this information within a reasonable time of us asking for it, or if you give us incomplete or incorrect information, we may either end the contract  or make an additional charge of a reasonable sum to compensate us for any extra work that is required as a result. We will not be responsible for supplying the products late or not supplying any part of them if this is caused by you not giving us the information we need within a reasonable time of us asking for it.

Cancellations and Returns

Customers have the legal right to return goods within 14 days of purchase if the item is purchased online. If returning an item, please contact us in writing, by email, to notify us of the return. 

Returned items must be received by us in the same condition they were despatched to you in. It is your responsibility to pay for return postage and package. 

On receipt and acceptance of return items, we will refund you the price you paid for the products as soon as possible. However, we may make deductions from the price, as described below.

We may reduce your refund of the price to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if they are received in a different condition to that which they arrived to you in.  . If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.

Where the product is a service, we may deduct from any refund an amount for the supply of the service for the period for which it was supplied, ending with the time when you told us you had changed your mind. The amount will be in proportion to what has been supplied, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Liability

Aero Vintage Limited does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.

Aero Vintage Limited will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aero Vintage Limited is providing this site and its contents on an ‘as is’ basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this site or the information, content, materials or products included in this site including, without limitation. In addition, Aero Vintage Limited does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current.

You and Aero Vintage Limited will only be liable under these Terms for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of the relevant breach of contract.

Aero Vintage Limited does not accept liability for any loss or expense (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the Site or for any products or services purchased from Aero Vintage Limited
